Complete an employee experience survey

Follow your invitation, rate your work technology, describe any friction, and confirm that your feedback was submitted.

Access Survey recipient; no console account requiredConsole path Your personal survey email link

Before you start

  • A current survey invitation sent to you by your organization.
  • Access to the personal survey link in that email.

Screenshots show the Rapport interface with example data. Use your organization’s devices and values. Select an image to view it at full size.

Open your personal invitation and choose a rating

Open the survey email and follow its link. You do not need to sign into the Rapport console. Under How well is your work technology performing today?, select the rating that best describes your experience.

Select one rating to continue. The greeting can include the recipient name configured by your IT administrator.

Describe issues during the last seven days

For Any tech issues in the last 7 days?, choose major issues, minor issues, or No issues at all. Major and minor issues open a follow-up question about the affected area. No issues takes you directly to the optional comment.

Choose the area that caused the most friction

If you reported an issue, select one area under Which area caused the most friction?. Choose the closest match to the problem that affected your work most.

The friction-area question appears only after you report major or minor issues. Select one area to continue to the optional comment.

Add a useful comment and submit

Under Anything else IT should know?, optionally describe the symptom, affected application, and when it happens. The comment accepts up to 500 characters. Click Submit to send your answers. If you leave the comment empty, Skip also submits the answers you already selected.

The character counter shows the comment limit. Submit and Skip both finish the survey; Skip does not cancel your earlier answers.

Check for the thank-you confirmation

Wait for Thanks! or the personalized thank-you message. You can close the tab after this confirmation. If a submission error appears, the page returns to the comment screen and displays the error; check your connection and retry from that screen.

What you should see: The thank-you page confirms the response was accepted. Your IT administrators can review the feedback through DEX Surveys.

If something doesn’t work

The page says the link has expired

Check that you opened the complete link from the current invitation and that you are online. If it still cannot be opened, ask your IT administrator for a new invitation. The same message can appear when the link cannot be validated.

I did not see the rating question

Selecting a rating in the email prefills the answer and automatically advances the survey. Continue with the question about issues in the last seven days.

I need help now rather than just sending feedback

Use your organization’s service desk or other established support channel. Submitting survey feedback does not itself show a new support ticket or confirm that someone is actively handling the issue.
